Emergency Dentist

[00:00:13.842] We ask them how quickly can they come to our office, [00:00:16.283] and can they come in at a certain time so we can see them adequately? [00:00:19.680] We think that it's necessary to identify [00:00:21.434] any kind of emergency treatment as soon as possible, [00:00:23.958] so we can get them on antibiotic if need be. [00:00:26.342] A lot of times a dental emergency could be as little as, "I've lost my crown," [00:00:30.843] to, "I have a tooth that hurts all the time, and I'm in excruciating pain." [00:00:34.867] So we have a variety of different things that we see patients for. [00:00:38.450] We obviously want to take care of them as soon as possible, [00:00:40.726] so that we can get their needs taken care of. [00:00:42.892] My commitment to my patients is to make sure that they know that I'm here [00:00:46.100] for them at any time. [00:00:47.333] If I am out of town or on vacation, I have somebody covering my call, [00:00:51.800] but I leave my personal cell phone on there so they can call me at any time, [00:00:56.158] day or night, on the weekends, so that I can get them taken care of. [00:00:59.809] I answer phone calls, I call them back, [00:01:02.040] I find out how they're doing to make sure that they're in good shape.
